2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use the pudu33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Member Responsibilities & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pudu33 account password and login credentials. pudu33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the pudu33 support team immediately. You also agree to:

- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
- Not attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the pudu33 system.
- Notify pudu33 immediately if you discover any bugs or vulnerabilities.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

- The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
- Deposits are typically credited to your pudu33 account within 1–5 minutes after a successful payment.
- Any deposit not credited within 30 minutes must be reported to customer support along with proof of payment.
- Pudu33 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- All deposits must be made from an account registered in the name of the verified member only.

5 Withdrawals & Conditions
Pudu33 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 business hours depending on the chosen payment method and your account's KYC verification status.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
- Before making their first withdrawal, members are required to complete full KYC verification.
- Pudu33 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a fraud prevention measure.
- If there is a remaining bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirement, withdrawals may be withheld until that requirement is fulfilled.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions offered by pudu33 are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements set for each respective promotion. These wagering requirements determine the amount you must wager before the bonus balance can be converted to cash and withdrawn.

- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the pudu33 platform.
- Third-party actions affecting our services, including cyberattacks or network disruptions.
9 Account Termination & Suspension
Pudu33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Such action may be taken in the following situations:
- Confirmed member is under 18 years of age.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Holding multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
- Use of unauthorized automated software or methods.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the pudu33 support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of verification, subject to applicable terms.
